  2. Thanks Gwen! I can actually wear this now if I want...pretty unbelievable, isn't it? Stay warm!!! I actually wish it was about 30 degrees cooler here so that I could wear several of my jackets comfortably. ;) Have a FABULOUS day! :)

  5. I do like that skirt. The shape is very pretty. I tried on one of the regular Nicky skirts on at a b&m over the holidays, but I was in a rush and it was hard to tell how it would look while wearing a tee and wooly socks :) how does it hang? i remember the fabric being somewhat stiff...does it relax a bit after wearing?

  6. Thanks Shannon and Stacie! :)

AppGal: I love the fit of the skirt, but actually sized up one size to gain a little bit of length on it. It reminds me of the Denim Chambray Swing Skirt that we discussed so much about on JCA awhile ago, too. I haven't had the chance to wear it yet, so I'm not sure if it relaxes when you do...it is a little *stiff* right now, but I think that really helps with the shape of the skirt.

  7. Love the set! The PS at my store couldn't stop talking about that skirt. She was walking around the store with it, pairing it with every sweater they carried. I thought it looked cute with those new Aubrey jackets in the navy and papaya colors as well.

  8. Thanks JCrewBug! I love this skirt AND I love the new Aubrey jackets, too! I would like to get a Navy one when the price goes down a bit...the Paypaya didn't look good on me at all. Did you try one on? Did you try the skirt on?

  9. I didn't try them on because I can't be tempted right now! haha. Plus I'd like to shed some holiday weight before I try a short skirt on. The store was running a special on these for $115. That puts them under 100 with an educator/student discount.

  10. Hi FFM,

Just wondering if you could please do some simple, casual sets with the Taffeta A-line skirt in the bright aquamarine and light flamingo colors! It was onsale for only $19.99 and I couldn't resist. The site went down and the brown color sold out while it was down and boy was I made...really wanted the darker tan/brown shade! I don't like light tan skirts on me per say!

    Thanks ahead of time:)

  11. Hi Jen! I think your purchase of those two colors is really great, especially with Spring just a few months away. You'll get a lot of use out of them, and I'll definitely be sure to make a set for each. :)
