J.Crew New Arrivals Preview on Net-A-Porter

Hello Everyone! As most of you probably already know, J.Crew New Arrivals are expected on the website tomorrow morning, but you can preview a handful of them right now on Net-A-Porter.com. Here are some that I found:

Zoe paillette-embellished merino wool shorts

What do you think of the new arrivals so far? Is there anything going on your wishlist? Have you already seen any of these pieces IRL? Please do share! :)

Have a beautiful and blessed day!

xoxo,

  1. Absolutely love all that you've featured here EXCEPT the merino shorts. They simply do not, would not, could not ever fit into my lifestyle! LOL! I've not seen any new arrivals IRL yet but am SO anxious for new arrivals to arrive on-line! Bring on spring! Thanks so much for giving us a glimpse!

  2. I saw the navy dress in store a few days ago, but didn't try it on. It reminds me of the Carly and I hope it is a bit longer. The other dress and tops are cute. I like the sequin tee a lot and didn't buy either sequin tank or tee this winter. Perhaps this one will fill the sparkle gap in my wardrobe. Can't wait for the web site update.

  3. I love the dress, but it looks like it would be too short for me, plus too pricey. I love the striped tees!

LOL, I would want those sequin shorts just to wear to the Lady Gaga concert in March.

  4. I love and bought the button-back striped top in the camel color. It's so cute! I also saw the navy tiered dress in the store but didn't try it on. It was a little less cute than the Carly dress but who knows...it might have been better if I had tried it! Looking forward to the new arrivals!

  5. Love, especially the first dress, I already pre-ordered it through JCrew. I tried it on in stores, it's gorgeous on! Thanks for sharing the others.

  6. I tried on the navy tiered dress and it runs HUGE. I bought a 4 in the heidi dress and a 4 in this one was way too big. I did not bother to try on a 2.

  7. Are the edges of the dress finished? Sometimes their "tiered" clothing has raw edges.

  8. Elizabeth, JulieStyles, Nicole, AppGal, Summerilla, and Anon@4:38pm: Thank you all for stopping by today and also for the comments about the items you've seen already in the stores. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's rollout on the J.Crew website and seeing everything else that's out there now, too. :)

Have a wonderful rest of your day!

  10. I'm loving the button back striped tees... Will definitely be getting one or two of these!! The first dress looks lovely too, but I need to start adding more color

  11. I tried the tiered taffeta dress and prefer last year's Carly. It's the same idea, less ruffles. The new version has an odd fit around the neck. At least in the one I tried. Looked better overall w/a thin belt I tried.

  12. My store has all the new arrivals in, and I actually purchased the button-back tee in the hot pink. Very cute, but I would size down. Also... the SA told me that this year spring=neon and in my store you could tell.

  13. Psst, I came over here just to say I totally love the same new arrivals items you noted on JCA just now! Although I didn't see the dress you picked, it does look lovely! But I totally want that blazer... I'm thinking/hoping it will be a better pick for me than the tweed schoolboy I just sold on JCA, because it's more relaxed looking (more my natural style) and I'll probably get more wear out of it over my lifetime in California-moderate-weather.

The striped t-shirts look perfectly delicious from the front, I love the boxy swingy look of them, but then somehow the button back kinda looks off to me... that might keep me from biting (unless super sale!)

  14. Leader Girl, mrs.anketell, Jennifer, gigi, Anon @10:05am, and woodley park-zoo: Thank you all for stopping by to comment on the new arrivals! :)

woodley park-zoo: I think the blazer does look perfect for California and Florida weather. I recently caught the Cavalry Linen Twill blazer from J.Crew on a popback and love it...perfect for Florida weather. The new schoolboy may be a bit too similar to warrant getting it, but I'll have to see it IRL to know for sure. The stripe tee is another that I want to see/try on in person, too. I agree that the buttons in back are different, but they could be really cute on IRL. Reviews on it have been positive, so that makes me think that it's one of those pieces that looks better in person. :)

  15. Ahh, I hope the blazer doesn't turn out to be too itchy as reviewed on JCA! I'm crossing my fingers maybe people just have winter-dry-sensitive skin right now, *nods to self*.

I might go to the store this weekend to return the lavender Painter cardigan that 'rode along' recently... I keep thinking that lavender should look good on everyone (purple eyeshadow is certainly really pretty I've found!) and want to try it, but I don't think that shade was for me! Anyway, I hope I can find the jacket to try! I'll report back (unless you try it before me!)
