Madewell: Free Shipping on All Orders...YES, PLEASE!!!

Happy Monday Everyone...hope you had a fantastic weekend! I wanted to share with you that Madewell is offering FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS until 6.24.11 with code YESPLEASE at checkout. This is a great time to give Madewell a try if you haven't already, and also the perfect opportunity to pick up that single item you may have been wanting, but haven't yet purchased due to a higher Free Ship minimum. :)

Let's take a look at some pieces that appear to be promising, shall we?

*Pindot Chambray Safari Shirt. Absolutely adorable!
*Checked Campground Shirt. The style of this shirt is reminiscent of *old* J.Crew...the School-of-fish Clea Tank is one example.
*Pom Parade Tank. Cute, cute, cute!
*Colorcode maxidress. This one reminds me a little of the Delphinia Gown from J.Crew, but in gorgeous, vibrant colors...love!
*The Bridgewalk Sandal. So adorable, and they look as if they would be really comfortable to wear, too. Love the Thai Chili color!
*Far & Wide Scarf. Absolutely love this one...

*Soft Silk Boyshirt. Such pretty colors on this one. I love the slouchy fit and *airiness*, too...perfect for a casual warm weather look.
*Noonday Stripe shutterbug Top . So adorable...love it! The only problem would be choosing which color to get.
*Kite Tails Tee. This would be adorable layered over a matching cami and paired with capris, bermuda shorts, or jeans.
*Silk Canyon Skirt. YAY! So glad to see this back in an additional color. (Desert Flower reviewed the skirt in the original Brunette colorway here.)
*Lattice Lace Tank. The racerback gives this one a different *twist* from the other lace tanks out there...very cute.
*Widelegger Jeans in Salt Spring Wash. Love everything about them. A fun way to wear denim in the warm weather, too.
*Staircase Skirt. Oh how I am in love with this skirt...especially in the Pauline Bengali Stripe colorway. This one is definitely on my watch list.
*Cabana Stripe Paperboy Shorts. These are so cute, especially if you can wear the shorter inseam. Too bad they didn't make them a little longer for those of us who can't.

*Bridgewalk hoodie. A Zippered hoodie with stripes...need I say more? Love.
*Railyard Chambray Shirt. Love the color...so pretty. :)
*Noonday stripe maxidress . Maxi dress, stripes, plus it's blue(one of my favorite colors)...need I say more?
*Sleeper-stripe Boyshirt I like the lighter color...very spring-like.
*Noonday stripe shutterbug top. Love it in both colors and how they have it styled with the belt...very cute.
*Embroidered dot top. This one has been on the website for a little while now, but I still felt it worth a mention...so pretty and feminine. Love the embroidered detailing and both colors.

*The Shiprock flip-flop. The Desert Sky stripes are really cute...very fun to wear with a basic navy dress to add some interest to the overall look.
*Printed Twirl Tank...nice colors. Looks comfortable and easy to wear for warm weather.
*Striped sahara sunset blouse...yes, more stripes.;) I do like how they have it styled as a jacket over the tank. This is a nice alternative to wearing heavier weight jackets in the warmer months while still achieving a similar look.
*Pleated pembroke dress . Granted, it is short (too short for me to wear), but that Glam Pink shade is gorgeous!
*Palm Paisley Dress. Adorable print and I like the overall silhouette, too.

*Panama Hat. How adorable this looks on the model. Such a perfect way to still look chic when having a bad hair day.
*Bronze Curator Top. Such a beautiful color...
*Souk-stripe Shirt. A great piece to wear on it's own or layered over a tank or cami and worn as a shirt-jacket.
*The Endless Summer Espadrille. Love those stripes! :)
*Belladonna Skirt. This one looks so comfy and cute...love it in both colors.
*Clipper Stripe Dress. Cute. Cute. Cute...love the stripes.
*Bamboula Ltd. Market Tote. The Black and White Stripe is my favorite. :)
*Freehand Floral Portrait Tank. My favorite color of the two is the Crazy Floral Daybreak.

*Saint James® Meridien ii Tee. One my favorite pieces on the Madewell site. :)
*Embroidered Dot Top. How incredibly cute is this??? Love both colors!
*Pinwheel Blouse. I really like the print on this one, the tie at the neck (which I would wear tied in a bow), and the color. It does look a little sheer though, so a cami may be needed under it.
*Wooly sweatshirt sweater. This looks super comfy and I especially love the *golden treasure* color.
*Skinny Switchyard cargos in white wash. I'm not one to normally wear skinny pants, but these could potentially be flattering like a couple pair of the skinny cargos that I picked up at J.Crew last year. Not to mention they would be a good option for layering under tunics.
*Park bench fedora. A straw fedora is on my personal *must-have* list for this spring/summer. I think I like this one better than the ones at J.Crew right now, too.

*California coast two-tone tee . What a fun alternative to the *basic* tee. Love the Pink Sand color.
*V-Neck Pocket Tee. This one comes in such fun colors! I love it in Glam Pink especially. :)
*California Coast Pencil Stripe Tee . Love the stripes and the length.
*Striped Trapeze Tee in Olive/Navy...what a great color combination.
*Tomboy sweatshirt tee. Cute to wear over a white button down or own it's own with shorts, crop pants, or jeans.
*Deck-Stripe Popover. This looks so comfy...
*Year-Round Tank. Always a great staple to have in your wardrobe.
*The seaside sandal. I really like the *english saddle* color...a great neutral to wear with just about anything and everything.
*Denim Rambler jacket. A fun alternative to the basic denim jacket.
*Rail Straight jeans in white wash. The rail straight jeans in the various blue denim washes have gotten positive reviews on JCA, so hopefully these will be no exception.
*Juniper Rose scarf...such pretty colors.
*Paisley Fields Admirer tank

*Goldmine Blazer. A great piece to make the focal point of your outfit.
*Color-code Tee. I like both colors on this one...looks really comfortable, too.
*The Smokeswirl Espadrille. I especially like it in the Bengali Indigo.
*Silk Maxidress. Love the corset-like top and pockets.
*triangle trio ballad dress. I really like the print on this one. Madewell dresses seem to be on the short side for most of us, but remember that you always have the option of wearing them as a tunic over jeans, chinos, or leggings. A great example of this look can be seen here on Suzy wearing the Madewell shadows & light shirtdress.
*Baja Cami. Love the cute detailing at the top.
*Stamped Stripe Tunic. The longer length is really cute. What a fun way to wear stripes! :)
*Share with...le minor® dip-dyed hoodie. So cute! I especially like it in *baby blue navy*.

Are you planning on taking advantage of the YESPLEASE promo? Have you already placed an order? Is there any Madewell item you already own and would recommend? Please do share! :)

xoxo,

  1. I really need to take a closer look at Madewell. I've only purchased a few pieces so far and they have been great. I don't know why I don't visit the site more often.

  2. So exciting! I love Madewell, and since there isn't one in Chicago, I am constantly waiting for a free shipping sale on the website! Thanks for the info!

  3. I ordered the Super-brand sunglasses in the blonde havana style. Love the old-school wayfarer style and I'm seeing the Super-brand on celebrities everywhere so they will likely sell out given the reasonable price.

  5. Lauren: I feel the same way! There aren't any Madewell stores in Florida, so all of my purchases are online. I really love the free shipping/no minimum promos to try out new items...too bad the returns aren't free too. :)
