Sunday Shopping: Kate Spade Outlet Printable Coupon {Plus Another One Of My Own 'Fabulous Finds' At The Kate Spade Outlet Store}

Happy New Year Everyone! For our 'Sunday Shopping' this week, I want to share an email that I received from the Kate Spade Outlet store notifying me that they are still offering 40% off their merchandise until this Tuesday, 1.3.12...YAY! Even better is that if you print out the email and take it with you, you will receive an additional 10% off of your purchase. Also, I found out from a manager at my own outlet that Kate Spade does not make 'made for the factory/outlet' items. All the merchandise at their Outlet stores are authentic retail items sent to the outlet for further reductions...isn't that fabulous? (You can find an outlet store near you on the Kate Spade New York website here.)

I personally LOVE the Kate Spade Outlet! You may remember my 'Fabulous Find' at the  Kate Spade Outlet from early December that I shared with you in this post. I found the retail Jana Bead-Neck Printed Top (see it online here) for under $30 and was absolutely thrilled! :)

Well, on another visit there, I happened to come across the 'Dorothy' Silk Leopard-print Dress in my size, and of course could not resist coming home with it. This is the same dress that Kate (an assistant designer at J.Crew) was wearing in this photo on the 770/Behind The Line J.Crew blog. I loved the dress from the moment I saw it on Kate, so you can imagine that I am extremely pleased to now own it myself. :)

I do plan on visiting my Kate Spade Outlet before Tuesday to take advantage of this promo, and love that I can save an additional 10%, too. :) I hope that some of you will be able to visit your outlet store and make a 'Fabulous Find', as well. If you do, please stop back by and share it with me...I'd love to hear from you!

Btw, here are some of my favorite pieces from the Kate Spade New York website...do you have a favorite? (I also want to mention that if you sign up to receive Kate Spade emails you receive a code for 15% off your first purchase.)

*Jeanette Dress...I really hope for this one to be mine someday soon.
*Signature Jacket...how fun, and such yummy colors, too!
*Blaise Silk Top. Love the buttons down the back!
*Esther Skirt...love the waistline especially.
*Checkmate Small Riley in both colors...love!
*Fanfare Missy (especially in leopard)

Have a lovely day! :)

  2. i'm lucky that i have a newly remodeled kate spade outlet store near me. it's as beautiful as her real stores. the manager there told me that they do get a few factory made shoes and some handbags but all the clothes are the real deal. i've bought several dresses over the years from there but i've wound up selling them all on ebay b/c silk dresses just don't fit in my life. it sure was fun buying them though! i adore that leopard dress. the details on her clothing is just awesome. i'm glad i'm away on vacation otherwise that coupon would compel me to go there!

  8. Love that dress! I was at the KS outlet in the Clinton Crossings shopping center in CT and almost fell over when they told me everything was 40% off and some items were an additional 30% off. I scored a large vinyl makeup bag with a red and green poppy print and a pair of gorgeous amber/tortoise sunglasses, which I'll have fitted with Rx lenses, for about $70 total. I was so excited! Happy New Year, y'all!

  9. That dress is beautiful! I have had some real finds at the outlet too. Wish I had a chance to go now.

    I find it curious the sa told you ks did not make merchandise for the outlets. I think the clothes are all retail. But bags, wallets, accessories and even jewelry have separate lines. I believe if the tag says "compare to" or something like that near the price it's outlet merchandise. I suspected this was the case and an sa reluctantly confirmed. Anyway I love their aesthetic :)

  10. Thanks for all the comments ladies! I'm definitely thrilled with my new dress and look forward to wearing it soon. :)

    mommydearest: Thanks for the information about the made for outlet items. I will be on the look out for 'compare to' on the tags the next time I visit.
