  1. Oh I love this, FFM! I could wear this today, I have these pieces. And it's still chilly here. My trench is a bit long and not quite right for wearing open though. I have the J. Crew Encore trench. I've been eyeing the new short trench on the Coach site, this may force me to bite!

    1. Hi Desert Flower! I would absolutely wear this one now too if it was still chilly here. Isn't it fun to see a look that you already have all the pieces for? I saw the Coach trench when I was looking at all the different priced ones earlier and think it is quite lovely. What color are you considering?

    2. I think the ivory. I love color but I know I'd wear the ivory more often, its a classic piece. I received a 25% off code, even so the trench is pricey so I need to think long and hard!

    3. I love the Ivory, and that color will last you for many years to come. Have you seen the photo of Kate Beckinsale in her white trench coat? She looks incredibly chic, and that is how I think the ivory trench will look, as well. That pic of her is here. Oh how I would love to have her hair, btw! :)

    1. Hi WMM! Like you and Desert Flower, I also have all the pieces of the outfit, but no long blonde hair. I still think we can all make it look fabulous though! :)

  4. Lovely! That is so the color hair I have been wanting. Maybe even a bit more brown. I am ready to turn in the blonde. How have you felt since going dark?

    1. Hi Nantucket Daffodil! How are you feeling? You have been in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you are doing much better these days. :)

When I first went back brunette it felt rather strange, especially to look in the mirror and not quite recognize myself. However, now that I have gotten use to it, I actually like it much better than I did being blonde. Plus I love not having to hit the salon to touch up my roots every 3 weeks. Now I have actually been letting my grey grow in without covering it, and am contemplating just letting it go to see what color I end up. Not sure if I will go all the way with it, but so far I haven't covered them since last August, and I am dealing with it just fine. :)

    2. Thanks FFM! I think I am going brown! I am VERY lucky that I only have one gray hair at age 47....take after my mom! I see photos like the one of the brunette in the green on your latest post, and it just makes me want it!
