Wish me luck...I start tomorrow. I did this fast in February of this year, and it was really tough, at least for the first 3 days. However, I really loved the way I felt and looked after it was over, so I'm going for it again.
Truth is, I've been overindulging in the baked goods and sweets lately, so I'm starting to feel a bit sluggish, not to mention my pants are feeling snug, and I feel like my digestive system needs a good 'reboot' again. This detoxifying fast from Nature's Secret made me feel really phenomenal once it was all over...I started craving vegetables again, my taste buds seemed as if they had been reset, and all of the healthy foods that I normally eat tasted extra good. My energy level increased, and so did my overall sense of well-being.
I am really looking forward to feeling that way again. Now I just have to find the willpower to make it through the 5 days...when I was younger I could have done it with no problem whatsoever, but the older I get, the harder it is to skip a meal, let alone 5 days worth. I am thinking positively though, and keeping my focus on the end goal of feeling phenomenal...hey, I got this! :)
