Life Simplified...Thankful Thursday

Life can be difficult or stressful no matter your circumstance...where you live and work, whether you're married or single, have a child, lots of children, or no children at all. I believe that in these times it is extra important to think of all the good things in your life, no matter how small, as it really does help to put your focus on the positive. Instead of being caught up in all the 'bad stuff' happening in your life, it can help to change your attitude into one of gratitude, making your present life and circumstances much more enjoyable.

Today I am sharing another 10 Things on my list that I am Thankful for on this Thursday...

1. God's Faithfulness.

2. My husband.

3. Firewood.

4. Warm blankets.

5. Wildflowers.

6. Crossing things off my to-do list.

7. Shearling lined boots.

8. Watching the deer that visit our backyard.

9. Hot cocoa with marshmallows.

10. Carmex - strawberry flavored.

What are you thankful for today?

  1. I am thankful to have a flexible job that allows me to run home to feed the baby. I am thankful for flowers on my table, for 90 degree temps in October, and also that we are expecting highs only in the 80s next week. I'm thankful for tasty veggies, breakfast burritos and Shakeology. I'm thankful for every moment with mh 3 wonderful children, and I'm thankful that I have patience.

  2. Love this list! I was thinking about cocoa this morning! I find that I do well when I take the time to be peaceful and go within, and when I don't. I find that's when my negatives come in. And I am Very thankful for shearling boots!

  4. Lovely post, I am thankful for having a husband, for my mum still being part of my life at 92 and for having a cosy home now that the weather has turned.
