Outfit Post - What I Wore...

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a lovely weekend so far! I have been sharing pics of what I've been wearing each day on my Instagram page again this past week, so I thought I'd also share them here on my blog. A sort of 'Outfit Post Recap', if you will, for those who do not follow me on Instagram, or do not even use it at all.

10.5.14 - We took a road trip to Kootenai Falls in Libby, and the temps were in the upper 50's/low 60's there. I did take my black Ahnu Montara hiking sneakers with me, but prefer to wear flip-flops when traveling.

That's it for today...I hope you all have a beautiful and relaxing Sunday!

  1. Love all your outfits! Casual, yet chic. I'm intrigued with the Eileen Fisher Coax Booties - how do you like them? Do you mostly wear with jeans? Is the heel height "doable" for daily/all day wear or errands? I'm assuming they are comfortable, as I find most EF shoes to be. Are they TTS? If you have time to respond, I would greatly appreciate it! Have a beautiful week!

    1. Thank you Elizabeth! :) As for the EF booties...I absolutely LOVE them! I bought mine at the end of last year, and have never regretted the purchase. I find them very comfortable to wear and they are definitely doable for running errands and such. In fact, I don't even rush to take them off once I get home because my feet do not even hurt at all. I believe the heel height is around 3", but there is a platform, so they do not feel nearly that high. I usually wear a 9.5, sometimes a 10, and I bought the booties in a size 10. I can wear them with or without socks comfortably. I have mainly worn them with jeans and longer skirts, but I am getting braver and may try them with black tights and a knee length dress or skirt this fall. They are cute with leggings, too. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions! :)

  2. I love your new NW look . . . I'll bet you miss those beaches more than the Fla style . . . .

    1. Thank you fidele! Since we moved to the NW I can finally wear the clothes that fit my true style. Like you said, I do miss the beaches in Florida, but other than that the only other thing I miss about it is my family.
