Madewell Fall 2015 Collection - Get the Look {Part One}

Last month Madewell sent out an email with a private link for shoppers to get 'first dibs' on their
Fall 2015 Collection. The styling and looks are once again understated and unfussy, with wearable pieces that are ultimately chic and sophisticated in a casual way.

I always think it's interesting to look back on the previews of the items for inspiration once they are available on the website...don't you? Click here to see the collection. I've broken down each outfit, noting the items in each one so you can 'Get the Look'.

Look 1:

*Long Plaid Tunic - not yet available (Similar)

Look 2:

*Plaid Scarf - (Similar)

Look 3:

*Blanket Cape - not yet available (Similar)

Look 4:

What are your thoughts on the looks for the Madewell Fall 2015 Collection? Do you like the styling? Is there any particular look or looks you think you'll be copying this season? Please do share!

**I'll be posting Part Two of this 'Get the Look' series sometime soon, and will try to give updates as the various items become available over the course of the next few months.

Have a lovely day! :)

    1. I like that jacket too, Janet. You will definitely have to share a post about the RL one you found last year, or at least send me a pic...I'd love to see it! :)

  2. I love the read hat! I'm not buying much this fall, though I did score some new jeans for $30 at a local store! What I will buy are booties - mine died last year!

    1. Gotta love $30 jeans...they are very hard to come by these days! I won't be buying much for myself this fall, either. Hubby and the boys will be using up most of the allotted clothing budget this year. Looks like it could be a very cold one, too.

  3. I don't have much winter to take advantage of these kinds of clothes. I do love that longer denim skirt. That may be a useful wardrobe addition.

    1. I really like that denim skirt too, Desert Flower. How fab would it be paired with knee boots, and a chunky sweater or blazer? I really love the blanket cape and the jackets. I have the fall and winter weather to take advantage of them, but may not be able to fit them in the budget this year...well, possibly on super sale. :)
