What I Wore...2.1.16
My husband and I had an event to attend in Kalispell on Monday evening, so I took the opportunity to wear my Chateau Parka from J.Crew. The weather was super snowy and cold, but I remained warm and cozy wrapped up in my coat.
*J.Crew Chateau Parka in heather dusk...love, love, LOVE this coat! I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I received on it during the evening. It really is so lovely in person, and the a-line silhouette combined with the faux-fur trim on the hood makes it 'extra' feminine, plus it kept me incredibly warm in the cold and snow. I would absolutely love to get another one in a second color eventually...highly recommend if you're able to swing it. - Similar option
*Anthropologie Lakin Tunic. I fell in love with this top the first time I came across it on the Anthro website, and now own it in all three colors. The longer length is perfect to wear with skinny jeans or leggings, and the ruffle on the hem gives it a more feminine touch, plus I love the heart print on this navy one, especially. - similar in black motif
*Madewell Slim Boyjean in Trent Wash - in my opinion, this particular pair are cut slimmer than the other boyjeans I have tried at Madewell. I did get my 'normal' jean size, but consider them to be more of a skinny jean cut than boyjean. Love the dark color, and wear them quite frequently, too.
*Monet Silver Hoop Earrings - classic and chic. A definite 'must have' staple jewelry item for any woman's wardrobe.
*Michael Kors Silver 'Camille' Watch - This was purchased several years ago, and continues to be a 'go to' item in my wardrobe. I also own it in gold, and highly recommend if you're still able to find one. - similar here and here
*Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in 'cruella'
*Eileen Fisher Coax Bootie in Italian Crackled Leather - these are another item I bought several years ago, and they are one of my all-time favorite purchases. Even though I bought them on sale, they were still quite spendy, but have been SO worth the money! I wear them constantly, and at this point the CPW is in the single digits. They are incredibly well-made & comfortable to wear. If you're ever able to find a pair, I highly recommend snatching them up...you won't regret it!

That's it for now...have a lovely day! :)
