1.3.10: The Outfit

Wearing Today: It is currently just 44 degrees here in Florida so I pulled out my Marled Wool Cardigan again...I still love it. :) My shirt is tucked in and the cardigan is worn unbuttoned. My pants are the Broken in Boyfriend Chinos (not destroyed boyfriend chinos) and they are worn cuffed just above the ankle boot. My belt is the black leather jeans belt from J.Crew.

The Outfit:
  • J.Crew Textured Jersey Bouquet Tee in Ivory. This one is still available in XLarge on the website and probably still in some sale sections at J.Crew stores. Similar tee here (in ivory) and here.
  • J.Crew Marled Wool Cardigan, similar here (in gray marl) and here.
  • J.Crew Broken-In Boyfriend Chino in *Sycamore* (color no longer available online, but possibly still in stores). Similar here and here (in *Dried Grasses*).
  • J.Crew Large Metallic Gallery Hobo in Pale Gold, similar here and here.
  • Sam Edelman *Simone* Suede Bootie, available at Nordstrom in limited size online, but may still be in the stores. Similar here and here.
  • Monet Medium/Large Gold Hoop Earrings purchased at Macy's (not available online), similar here and here.
  • J.Crew Crystal Chain Necklace (possibly still available in some stores and the Crewlet may have a version, as well), similar here and here.
  • Banana Republic Beaded Oval Bangles, similar here.

  1. This is my favorite go to outfit when the temperature dips here. :-)
It's almost 80 degrees today so I wore my leopard print evie with light pewter cardi over black skinny jeans.

    Have a great week!

  2. 44! Wow. Nice alternatives. It's helpful, esp when the originals are long gone.

  3. I wear my marled cardi like 2 times a week easy, especially this week. It's like minus 15 degrees here.

    Love your outfit!

  4. i love how you are doing the links for similiar items!

  5. Thank you jcmama, Gigi, Susan, and Elizabeth!

jcmama and Susan: The Marled Wool Cardigan has turned out to be such a great investment piece. I'm glad to hear it is working so well for both of you, too. :)

Gigi and Elizabeth: I'm glad you're enjoying the links...thank you for the comments to let me know. :)
