1.5.10: The Outfit

What I Wore:

1.5.10 by FFM featuring J Crew

The Outfit:
        • Madison Brand *Billy* Short booties purchased at Belk (no longer available online), similar here (in chestnut), here, and here (in sandstone).
          • J.Crew Large Metallic Gallery Hobo in Pale Gold, similar here and here.
            • Monet Medium/Large Gold Hoop Earrings purchased at Macy's (not available online), similar here and here.
            • J.Crew Pearl and Chain Necklace (not the official name, but I can't recall it at this time). Similar here and here.

                1. I love the shell over the Popover, I receive mine tomorrow and I have been wondering what to wear with it. What colors sweaters would your wear with the popover other than navy and white?

                2. So cute and casual...thanks for the inspiration!

                3. Hi casual-crew! I really hope you like your popover! I'll definitely be styling some more sets with it as I try out more color combinations. Off hand though, I would say it would look good with Honey Glaze, Camel, Brown, Grey, Red, Orange, Kelly Green, and Yellow. HTH! :)

How are doing now? Did the police ever find the person who set fire to your complex?

                4. Hi FFM, Thanks for your help. I am feeling better, I have given my notice that I am going to be moving in a couple of months. Yes they did catch the guy, but the police believe he did not act alone.

                5. Love this outfit, FFM. Can I ask - do you usually size up in the jackie shell to accommodate a shirt underneath or are they roomy enough that you don't have a lot of bulk and bulging, if you know what I mean?! TIA!

                6. casual-crew: I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better! I hope that your move goes smoothly, too.

Elizabeth: Thanks! I just order my normal size in the shells and don't seem to have any issues with extra bulk. The main thing is to make sure the shirt underneath is fitted enough so that you don't have any bunching. Even though the popover is a made a little *roomy* it layers surprisingly well. :)
