That's it for this week's edition...I hope you've enjoyed it!

Have a beautiful and blessed day! :)

  1. I have been salivating over the Talbot's fall lookbook thinking how much some of the items remind me of J. Crew of yore. I have a feeling I'll be buying some Talbot's this fall. The lookalike you posted confirms it for me!

  2. The JCrew ruffled Celosia did not fit me at all in medium or large. JCrew sweaters used to fit me so well and lately some of them are very ill fitting on me. The black blossoms was the same. And I am small busted at 36 A!!! So I am excited to see the similar Target one you posted. Thanks:)

    Desert Flower,
Where can one find a Talbots fall look book? I was in the store last week and bought several goodies. I was really happy with the SA's help and what I bought.

  3. Genny, if you go to the Talbot's website and in the search box, type "fall lookbook", it will come right up and you can see it on your computer. There are a lot of fabulous things!

  4. Thanks for stopping by ladies! :)

Speaking of Talbots, has anyone heard more news on the sizing changes, or when/if they will indeed be taking place?

  5. Hi ladies - I tried on the petal top yesterday and loved it. It is a very thin cotton/silk blend but I found the fit to be everything that the JC top wasn't. The 2 fit me perfectly, and unlike the JC top it wasn't cut so straight down to the bottom, so I didn't have to worry about the bunching that happens when the hem is too tight over the hips (does this make sense?). I also tried on a sleeveless navy paisley top in XS that fit very well. I think that the 2/XS is as small as they go right now, and I'd say it's similar to a 2/XS in JC. Hope this helps!
