Cooking Simplified: Stove Top Chicken Bake

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well and having a wonderful weekend so far!
Today I am sharing the recipe for a dish that I make on a fairly regular basis...
Stove Top Chicken Bake.

This dish contains only a handful of ingredients, is super easy to make, and tastes absolutely delicious! Serve it up with some green beans or broccoli on the side, and you have a delicious meal that the entire family is sure to love! 💕


1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces.
1 (6oz.) box stove top stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 2/3 cups hot water


Heat oven to 400ºF.
Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish.
Mix soup and sour cream until blended; pour over chicken. Top with stuffing.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done.
(I watch for the center to start bubbling, then I know it's ready.)

That's it...simple cooking, and oh so delicious!
