Cooking Simplified: Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well and having a wonderful weekend so far!
Today I am sharing the recipe for a dish that I make on a fairly regular basis...
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff.

This dish contains only a handful of ingredients, is super easy to make, and tastes absolutely delicious! Serve it up with some corn or broccoli and garlic bread on the side, and you have a delicious meal that the entire family is sure to love! 💕


1.5 lbs. stew meat, or round steak, cubed
2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1 8oz. package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 16oz. package egg noodles
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste.


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Sauté the beef cubes in the hot oil until browned.
Transfer the meat to the slow cooker and top with the soup and mushrooms.
Cook on high setting for 2 hours. Stir in the cream cheese during the last 30 minutes.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
Serve the meat over the noodles.
Add salt & pepper to taste.

That's it...simple cooking, and oh so delicious!
